This policy explains what happens to information you give WayfinderGEO through this website. It is short because the site does very little.
Only what you type into the contact form:
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site, and we do not use cookies. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. That is a standard consequence of loading a web font and is not something we control or log.
To reply to your enquiry, prepare the free AI visibility report you asked for, and discuss whether we are a fit to work together. Nothing else. We will not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
Form submissions are handled by Formspree, which passes them to our inbox. Formspree acts as a processor on our behalf and has its own privacy terms. Your email then sits in our ordinary business email system.
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards, which is the normal retention period for business and tax records.
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing. The only exceptions would be a legal obligation to disclose, or a service provider strictly necessary to deliver the work, in which case they are bound to the same terms.
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@wayfindergeo.com and we will action it within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason.
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything confidential through the contact form.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. Substantive changes will not be applied retrospectively to information already collected.
